Overall, this is a problem with Celtic Thunder. Ticketmaster should place an employee in a sky and sit up in a wheelchair to see if they can see. I would not recommend Ticketmaster with anything they had to do. People with disabilities need help during an event at some point. We sat in the promenade and the players looked like ants. This is not fair to someone who cannot get close enough to the counter to lean over and look over the glass to see the court. They promise the moon concerning ADA seating and once you get there, they do not come through. It was proven in guest relations on Sat. evening that Celtic Thunder discriminates against people with disabilities. As I stood waiting for a rep, multiple people came in with the same issue. There was no resolution for anyone. They should have more than 20 approx. seats in section 4 & 15 combined.
